Deliverables:

  • Produce test plans that prove project feasibility and keep them updated.

  • Develop proofs of concept that validate the solution.

  • Identify project risks and present alternatives to solve the issue.

  • Document technical constraints/requirements.

  • Create detailed designs for implementation.

  • Produce solution design document.

  • Produce system architecture document.

  • Produce detailed component specifications.


Qualifications:

  • Solution definition and problem-solving capabilities;

  • Practical experience in project management;

  • Analyze & plan required tasks to complete project;

  • Collect and analyze requirements and agree with stakeholders;

  • Analyze process design document;

  • Analyze functional design document/solution design document;

  • Analyzing and creating E2E business process;

  • Deep dive and analyze processes/products in short term;

  • Creating increment acceptance criteria and agree with depended squads/vendors;

  • Create solution design document(SDD) & software architecture diagram(C4 Framework);

  • Create business process model & notation (BPMN), Functional requirements document or software requirements specifications document;

  • Generate  tech-increment and  tasks for dev-team;

  • Identify and manage dependencies;

  • Create test scenarios & support test case validation process;

  • Measure and define optimal configuration & components for product or service;

  • Participation in programs in SA role as Program SA;

  • Participation in backlog definition and epic/user story prioritization;

  • SA Couching, support & mentorship, Solution Review;

  • Act as a team leader in the initiative implementation processes;

  • Independently operation without mentor;

  • Long term vision of product development/goals;

  • Create program that runs on a specific environment without user interaction and solves issue/task;

  • Create module/ sets of programs which fits functional requirements of the new feature/business needs and coding/tech patterns;

  • Create independent system solving issues with manageable business processes/solutions and fits functional & technical requirements designed and developed by Layered (N-Tier) Architecture pattern;

  • Strong tech stack feasibility.
